SalesForce.com support added

Worldwide Leading Software as a Service (SaaS) SalesForce web services support has been added for our professional customers for their internal or customer support. What does this mean ? It means that they can now directly send a podcast (whether it be a PDF Documentation, a screencast or a software application…) within a SalesForce page (Contact Name and Case Detail page right now but other developments will follow). There are several benefits:

  • You don’t have any size limitation as you have with email servers or accounts
  • You don’t have the storage limit (and the expensive upgrades) imposed by SalesForce
  • You don’t have to upload a file to SalesForce every time you need to send a file to a recipient through a salesforce case. Sending a file already present on the podcast website require only a few clicks. You don’t lose time waiting for the upload to finish.
  • You can grant a certain volume of downloads and track how many downloads were done by a customer for a file
  • Customer can receive it automatically/on demand thanks to the podcast system
  • Customer can still connect to a webpage (personalized to your company design) with its credentials to download it in a more traditional way
